About Me
I'm an experienced Integrative Relational Psychotherapist and Counselling Supervisor, with over 10 years of experience running a successful private practice. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy—free from judgement and at your own pace.
My passion stems from a deep curiosity about how we think and feel and a desire to help you understand yourself better and the way you think and behave which in turn helps you develop a clearer understanding of your problems and support others in making sense of their experiences. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I focus on building a trusting relationship that supports reflection, insight, and growth. Whether you are navigating a specific issue or simply seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I will walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
