Couples Therapy
If you’re seeking couples therapy, you have the option to attend weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on what suits your needs and availability.
Many couples find it helpful to begin with six sessions, after which we’ll review your progress together. This review point allows time to reflect on what’s been helpful, discuss any changes, and decide whether to continue, pause, or adjust the focus of therapy.

Fees:
An Initial appointment and ongoing sessions are charged at £95 for an online 50-minute appointment which can be either weekly or fortnightly
In person sessions are charged at £125
Cancellation policy – I require 24-hour notice for any confirmed session that you cancel.
Please note that you will be expected to pay for non-attendance of sessions or any sessions that you cancel outside of the cancellation period.
