I offer both one-to-one & couples counselling either weekly or fortnightly.
I also offer Counselling supervision

Online fees start from £70 per session

Couples:
£125 per 50 minute session - Face to face
£95 per 50 minute session - Online
EMDR: I offer EMDR therapy sessions which are 70 minutes and are priced at £105 online and £125 in person
Supervision: If you're currently looking for a Supervisor I would love to hear from you. I have a diploma in Transpersonal & Integrative Supervision. I work in an integrative way, predominantly utilising Psychodynamic, Transpersonal & Existential approaches with a strong focus on the relational.
Spiritual Direction: is the practice of being with you as you attempt to deepen your relationship with GOD, or to learn and grow in your personal spirituality. You are invited to reflect on your daily life, your experiences and the wisdom of your whole being to explore how you might become more open to the movements of God and what your response might be.
Cancellation policy – I require 24-hour notice for any confirmed session that you cancel.
Please note that you will be expected to pay for non-attendance of sessions or any sessions that you cancel outside of the cancellation period.
